Your staff is completely incompetent. Not only did they never ship the order (I waited for three and one half weeks without receiving the product), then they claimed they refunded me the $126.95 order fee, which was a lie. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will file a complaint for fraud with the West Virginia Attorney General and also report you to the Better Business Bureau. The reason I know your staff is lying is that I ordered the same product from a competitor company. The product arrived in two days, shipped by USPS which is the same carrier that your staff claimed they used and who they blamed for not delivering the package.
