I purchased it as a gift for my daughter, who is a member. It didn’t work. I wrote to get info on exchanging it. I was told since it was purchased thru a marketing arm. (or similar language) nothing could be done. I explained to you and the “arm”. They acquiesced and said they’d exchange it. It’s been a month since it was returned to them. No sign or word when they would send a new one. I have never responded to a “Survey” of my experience, but this time I had to. It’s your product and your arm and your reputation and your member’s loss... how about it be your responsibility????
